The pistons for this motor had to be custom, of course. I picked BRC since I'd heard good things about them, they're fairly close to me (Live Oak, FL) and they'd make single replacements in case I burnt one. They did a chamber shaped dish rather than a round dish so I could take advantage of the Stage II head chamber "squish". The long stroke and long rod (3.632" and 6.5", respectively) made the required dish a tight squeeze. They ended up with bridged oil rings to get everything to fit. .
